About You
You have strong experience in the insurance industry in a client facing role at a broker or insurer (we think a minimum of 7 years is probably a good benchmark, but we understand that every journey is different, and that length of time won’t necessarily demonstrate depth of experience). Underwriting experience is an advantage but not essential.
We are happy to consider reasonable adjustments during the recruitment process due to a disability, health condition or other factor, and we will ask if there are any such requirements if you are invited to an interview.
